Hanka Kupfernagel is a retired German professional cycle racer. During most of her career her primary focus was cyclo-cross racing, however, she has also won major road, track and mountain bike races. She has won seven consecutive medals at the UCI Women's Cyclo-cross World Championships, including three gold medals for 2000, 2001 and 2005; two silver medals in 2002 and 2003; and the bronze medal in 2004. Her major career victories also include a gold medal in the individual time trial competition at the 2007 UCI Road World Championships in Stuttgart and a silver medal in the road race at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney.
Giorgia Bronzini is an Italian former professional racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2003 and 2017. She won the women's road race in the UCI Road World Championships in both 2010 and 2011 and the women's points race in the UCI Track Cycling World Championships in 2009.

Kirsten Carlijn Wild is a Dutch former professional racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2004 and 2021, for eight professional teams. During her track cycling career, Wild rode at the Summer Olympic Games in 2012, 2016 and 2020, winning a bronze medal at the latter Games, in the omnium. She won eighteen medals including nine golds at the UCI Track Cycling World Championships, and eighteen medals including eight golds at the UEC European Track Championships. Wild also took over 100 victories in road racing, and won two medals at the UCI Road World Championships.
Charlotte Becker is a German professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Arkéa Pro Cycling Team. She competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the women's road race, but finished over the time limit. She also competed on the track in the women's team pursuit for the national team. She signed for Team Hitec Products for the 2015 road cycling season.
Chloe Hosking is an Australian professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam Lidl–Trek. Hosking has represented Australia at junior and then senior levels since 2007. Following success in a number of international events she turned professional in 2010. She competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Women's road race, and won the women's road race at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.

Christine Majerus is a Luxembourgish professional road and cyclo-cross cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam SD Worx. She won the 2013 Sparkassen Giro Bochum one-day road race and the general classification of the 2019 Holland Ladies Tour.
Jolien D'hoore is a Belgian former track and road cyclist, who rode professionally between 2007 and 2021 for the Topsport Vlaanderen–Ridley, Lotto–Belisol Ladies, Wiggle High5, Mitchelton–Scott and SD Worx teams. D'hoore is a 29-time national track champion as well as a four-time national road champion at all competition levels. She won the bronze medal in the omnium at the 2016 Olympics and during her career was one of the strongest sprinters in the women's peloton. Since retiring as a rider, D'hoore now works as a directeur sportif for UCI Women's Continental Team AG Insurance–Soudal–Quick-Step.

It competed in road bicycle racing events, including UCI Women's Road World Cup events. The title sponsor is an American bicycle brand. The team announced at the end of 2012 that they would stop due to financial problems.

Lucinda Brand is a Dutch racing cyclist, who rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam Lidl–Trek in road racing, and UCI Cyclo-cross Pro Team Baloise–Trek Lions in cyclo-cross. After four years with Rabo–Liv, in August 2016 Team Sunweb announced that Brand had signed a two-year deal with the team, with a role as a team leader, road captain and as part of the team's sprint train.
Lotta Pauliina Henttala is a Finnish racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team AG Insurance–Soudal–Quick-Step. She has won the Finnish National Road Race Championships seven times, consecutively between 2012 and 2018.
Barbara Guarischi is an Italian racing cyclist, who rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam SD Worx. She competed in the 2013 UCI women's team time trial in Florence. In November 2015 she was announced as part of the Canyon–SRAM team's inaugural squad for the 2016 season.
Kelly Druyts is a Belgian racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Duolar-Chevalmeire. She finished in second place in the Belgian National Road Race Championships in 2010. She won a bronze medal in the scratch race at the 2012 UCI Track Cycling World Championships, and gold in the scratch race at the 2014 Championships.

The 2021 Münsterland Giro was the 15th edition of the Münsterland Giro road cycling one day race, held mostly in the titular region of northwest Germany on 3 October 2021. This edition was the race's first in the UCI ProSeries; the 2020 edition was expected to feature in the inaugural UCI ProSeries but was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
