The 2014-15 Albanian Basketball League , will be the 49th season of the top professional basketball league in Albania. The regular season started on 17 October 2014 and the defending champions were BC Vllaznia. The finals were contested between the regular season champions PBC Tirana and the holders BC Vllaznia, with BC Vllaznia retaining their title on 28 April 2015.

Klubi i Futbollit Tirana is an Albanian football club based in the country's capital city, Tirana. The men's football club is part of the multi-disciplinary sports club SK Tirana, and is the most successful in Albania, having won 51 recognized major domestic trophies. They play their home games at the Selman Stërmasi Stadium in Tirana and they play in the Kategoria Superiore.
The Kategoria Superiore is a professional league for men's association football clubs. At the top of the Albanian football league system, it is the country's primary football competition. It is contested by 10 clubs, and operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Kategoria e Parë. Seasons run from August to May, with teams playing 36 matches each.
Klubi I Futbollit Vllaznia Shkodër, commonly known as Vllaznia is an Albanian football club based in the city of Shkodër. It is the association football branch of the Vllaznia Sports Club, which was founded on 16 February 1919. It is also the oldest club in Albania which means it is the first club created in Albania. The club have competed in every edition of Albanian Superliga since 1930, which is the top tier of football in Albania, besides in 1956-57,1961-62 and 2018-19 football seasons.

KB Tirana are an Albanian professional basketball team based in Tiranë, which is the basketball branch of SK Tirana. They compete in the Albanian Basketball Superliga of the Albanian Basketball League and the Balkan International Basketball League. The club plays its home domestic games at the Farie Hoti Sports Palace, and they play their international games at the Asllan Rusi Sports Palace. Tirana are one of the two most successful teams in the history of Albanian basketball (men), having won the Albanian League 20 times, the Albanian Cup 18 times and the Albanian Supercups 8 times. They have won a total of 46 trophies, and only BC Partizani Tirana have won more in Albania with 48.

1938–39 Albanian Cup, named King's Cup in honour of King Zog I of Albania, was the first season of Albania's annual cup competition. This competition consisted in a double round-robin system with a broad participation of three divisions and six groups. 3 teams took part in the main group and played for Cup winner: KF Tirana, KS Vllaznia and KS Besa. It started on December 11, 1938, and ended on January 22, 1939.
