Transport in Albania consists of transport by land, water and air, which are predominantly under the supervision of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Albania. The development and improvement of the transport in the country remains among the most important priorities of the Government of Albania.
The Qemal Stafa Stadium, named after Qemal Stafa (1920–1942), a World War II hero, was a national stadium and the largest football stadium in Tirana, Albania. Construction started in 1939 and the stadium was inaugurated in 1946 for the Balkan Cup, which was won by the Albania national football team. The stadium has been used for football matches of the Albanian Superliga and the national team, athletic events, and the six Albanian Spartakiads. Although it was enlarged in 1974 to accommodate up to 35,000 spectators, in the 1990s it became an all-seater stadium, and its capacity was reduced to 19,700.
KB Tirana are an Albanian professional basketball team based in Tiranë, which is the basketball branch of SK Tirana. They compete in the Albanian Basketball League, Liga Unike and the Balkan International Basketball League. The club plays its home domestic games at the Farie Hoti Sports Palace, and they play their international games at the Asllan Rusi Sports Palace. Tirana are one of the two most successful teams in the history of Albanian basketball (men), having won the Albanian League 21 times, the Albanian Cup 19 times and the Albanian Supercups 8 times. They have won a total of 48 trophies, which is the most in the country along with BC Partizani Tirana.
The National Theatre of Opera and Ballet of Albania is a theatre in Tirana, Albania. It is the largest theatre in the country, and hosts music and dance performances year round.

The Albanian Futsal Cup is the second most important event in Albanian futsal, after the League. It was founded in 2011 and 8 best teams of the season took part. KS Ali Demi were crowned winners of the first Cup, beating 5 times futsal champions Tirana by penalties 4–3, after regular and extra time finished in a 2–2 draw. The final was played out on December 24, 2011, and took place in Asllan Rusi Sports Palace in Tirane. The 2016 final played on May 3, 2016 between Ali Demi and Tirana ended 9–5, with Ali Demi triumphing once again with the same opponent and lifting their record 4th cup.
KV Tirana are the men's and women's volleyball branches of multiple sport club SK Tirana, a major sports club in Tirana, Albania. KV Tirana volleyball men's and women's team are amongst the successful and historical squads in Albania.
Asllan Rusi was a former Albanian volleyball player who played for Dinamo Tirana and the Albania men's national team. He is memorialized in the naming of the Asllan Rusi Sports Palace, Albania's main indoor sporting arena. He was a 12 time national champion and a 7 time cup winner in Albania and he earned 40 international caps with Albania.
Palace of Youth and Sports is a multi-purpose hall located in Pristina, Kosovo. It includes two indoor arenas, the larger of which has a capacity of 8,000 spectators, and the smaller a capacity of 3,000 spectators. Farie Hoti Sports Palace is a multi-use sports arena in Tirana, Albania. It is the home of SK Tirana, where KB Tirana, KB Tirana women, KV Tirana and KV Tirana women play their home games. It is named after Farie Hoti, who played for KV Tirana women.

Bashkim Lala Sports Palace is an indoor sporting arena located in Peshkopi, Albania. On 21 June 2009 the Prime Minister of Albania at the time Sali Berisha inaugurated the reconstruction of the sports palace with a budget of 7,000,000 lek, which was equivalent to €53,810 at the time. In 2013 a campaign was started by the citizens of Peshkopi to name the sports palace after the secretary of the city's multidisciplinary sports club KS Korabi, and this was approved by the municipality a year later.

Flamurtari Sports Palace is an indoor sporting arena located in Vlorë, Albania. Built in 1979, it is located next to Flamurtari Stadium and houses the offices of Flamurtari Sports Club. The arena has a capacity of 2,040 and hosts a range of indoor sports including basketball, volleyball, futsal and boxing.
