This is a list of players who graduated from the Challenge Tour in 2015. The top 15 players on the Challenge Tour's money list in 2015 earned European Tour cards for 2016.

The Challenge Tour is the second-tier men's professional golf tour in Europe. It is operated by the PGA European Tour and, as with on the main European Tour and the European Senior Tour, some of the events are played outside Europe. World ranking points are awarded for high finishes in Challenge Tour events. Most Challenge Tour events give 12 OWGR points to the winner, with those co-sanctioned by the European Tour earning 18 points. The Challenge Tour Grand Final gives 17 points to the winner.

Elvira earned promotion to the European Tour after his third win of the season in August. Fahrbring and Winther regained their cards for 2017 through Q School.

The European Tour Qualifying School is an annual golf tournament which enables professional golfers to gain a place on the European Tour and its official development tour, the Challenge Tour.
