iHeartRadio MMVAs Canadian tv music award show (1990–2018)

The iHeartRadio Much Music Video Awards were an annual awards show broadcast annually on Much from 1990 to 2018 that honoured the year's best music videos.

The KIIS-FM Jingle Ball is an annual concert produced by the Los Angeles radio station KIIS-FM that takes place in early-to-mid December. Since 2000, the concert series has been staged at various venues around southern California, including the Shrine Auditorium and Staples Center in Los Angeles, and the Honda Center in Anaheim.

The 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards were held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at MuchMusic's headquarters on 20 June 2010. Along with the MuchMusic VJ's, it was confirmed on the MuchMusic website that Miley Cyrus will co-host the show. The artists with the most nominations are Drake and Hedley with six. For the 1st time since 2001, Fuse televised the MMVAs in the United States. Hedley and Justin Bieber tied for most wins at the 2010 MMVAs with 3 wins each.

Raynford Avery Humphrey, better known by his stage name Preme, is a Canadian rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. He is of Guyanese descent. He first gained recognition for his guest appearances on the 2011 singles "Alone Again" by Alyssa Reid and "Invincible" by Hedley. The songs peaked at numbers 11 and nine respectively on the Canadian Hot 100. He signed with RCA Records to release his debut extended play Dear Summer EP (2014), which contained the singles "DnF", "Chickens" and "We Them Niggas".

The 2011 MuchMusic Video Awards was held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at MuchMusic's headquarters on June 19, 2011. The awards were aired on MuchMusic, CP24, E!, MuchHD and Fuse. Along with the MuchMusic VJ's, it was confirmed on the MuchMusic website that Selena Gomez will host the show. Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber tied for the most awards won with 2 each.

The 2012 MuchMusic Video Awards were held June 17, 2012 at MuchMusic's headquarters in Toronto, Canada. Katy Perry was the first performer announced. The award show was co-hosted by LMFAO.

The 2013 MuchMusic Video Awards were held on Sunday June 16, 2013 at the MuchMusic headquarters in Toronto, Canada. Demi Lovato was the first performer announced. Psy served as co-host and a performer.

The 2014 MuchMusic Video Awards (MMVAs) was held on June 15, 2014 outside the Much headquarters in downtown Toronto. Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner served as co-hosts for the show.

The 2015 YouTube Music Awards is the second ceremony for YouTube Music Awards. The inaugural 2013 ceremony was met with mixed reception. In November 2014, YouTube announced its intentions to reinvent the purpose of the award show. Additionally, the site announced there will be no live ceremony for the awards. YouTuber Tyler Oakley hosted the awards presentation.

The Juno Awards of 2016, honouring Canadian music achievements, were presented in Calgary the weekend of 2–3 April 2016. The ceremonies were held at the Scotiabank Saddledome and televised on CTV. It was the first televised awards show to be broadcast in 4K ultra high-definition.

Dan Talevski is a Canadian singer-songwriter from Georgetown, Ontario, who comes from a Macedonian background. His career first began as an online YouTube sensation in 2007 posting covers of popular songs. Since then he has gone on to work with will.i.am, Soulja Boy, Shawn Desman, Keshia Chanté, Timbaland, Tyler Shaw, and was selected as direct support for Backstreet Boys on its 2010 This Is Us Tour.

The 2017 iHeartRadio Much Music Video Awards were held on June 18, 2017, outside 299 Queen Street West in Toronto, Canada. It was hosted by Joe Jonas and Alessia Cara. Initial announcements were made on April 26, 2017. This is the final ceremony to be held in June and on Father's Day.

The MTV Woodies is an annual music show presented by MTVU with awards voted on by fans.

The 2018 iHeartRadio MMVAs were held on August 26, 2018 outside 299 Queen Street West in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Unlike previous years, the 2018 show aired live at the end of August instead of Father's Day. It was hosted by Awkwafina.
