The 2018 Ladies' National Football League , known for sponsorship reasons as the Lidl Ladies' National Football League, [1] is a ladies' Gaelic football competition taking place in early 2018. [2] [3]
For the first time, LNFL games were broadcast live on Eir Sport. [4] [5]
Dublin were the winners, defeating Mayo in the final. [6] [7]
The 2018 Ladies' National Football League consists of four divisions of eight teams. Each team plays every other team in its division once. 3 points are awarded for a win and 1 for a draw.

The top four teams in Division 1 contest the Ladies' National Football League semi-finals (first plays fourth and second plays third).
The top four teams in divisions 2, 3 and 4 contest the semi-finals of their respective divisions. The division champions are promoted.
The last-placed teams in divisions 1, 2 and 3 are relegated.

The Ireland women's international rules football team was organised by the Ladies' Gaelic Football Association and represented Ireland in the 2006 Ladies' International Rules Series against Australia. As of 2019, this is the only series the team has played. Ireland won the series, winning the first test at Breffni Park by 134–15 and the second test at Parnell Park by 39–18.
The 2010 National Football League known for sponsorship reasons as the Allianz National Football League was the 79th staging of the National Football League (NFL), an annual Gaelic football tournament for the Gaelic Athletic Association county teams of Ireland. The League began on Saturday 6 February 2010. Thirty-two Gaelic football county teams from Ireland, plus London, participated. On 25 April, Cork defeated Mayo by 1–17 to 0–12 to win their sixth league title and their third in a row.
