The 2018 Missouri Valley Conference women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Missouri Valley Conference held from October 28 through November 4, 2018. The opening round matches of the tournament were held at campus sites, while the semifinals and final took place at Loyola Soccer Park in Chicago, Illinois. The six-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The defending champions were the Missouri State Lady Bears, but they were eliminated from the 2018 tournament with a 1–0 loss to the Illinois State Redbirds in the opening round. The Loyola won the tournament with a 3–2 win over Drake in the final. [1] The conference tournament title was the first for the Loyloa women's soccer program and the first for head coach Barry Bimbi. The Ramblers, led by seventh-year head coach Porter Moser, played their home games at the Joseph J. Gentile Arena in Chicago, Illinois. They were members of the Missouri Valley Conference. They finished the season 20–14, 12–6 in MVC play to earn a share of the MVC regular season championship. They finished the season 17–16, 9–9 in conference play, to finish in a tie for the fifth place. The tournament champions were the Missouri State Bears who defeated Murray State 1–0 in the final. The conference tournament title was the third for the Missouri State women's soccer program, and first for head coach Kirk Nelson. The championship was the first since 2017 for Missouri State. As tournament champions, Missouri State earned the Missouri Valley's automatic berth into the 2022 NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Tournament.
