The 2019 Bendigo Women's International was a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It was the thirteenth edition of the tournament which was part of the 2019 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. It took place in Bendigo, Australia between 21 and 27 October 2019.

Giulia Gatto-Monticone and Anastasia Grymalska were the defending champions but chose not to participate.

Misaki Doi and Natalia Vikhlyantseva were the defending champions but Doi chose not to participate. Vikhlyantseva played alongside Olga Govortsova but lost in the first round to Cornelia Lister and Erin Routliffe.

Simona Halep was the defending champion, but chose not to participate.

Maria Kondratieva and Vladimíra Uhlířová were the champions from the previous edition in 2010, but both players retired from professional tennis in 2016.

Kayla Day and Sophia Whittle were the defending champions but chose not to participate.
