The 2019 Copa LP Chile Hacienda Chicureo was a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It was the third edition of the tournament which was part of the 2019 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. It took place in Colina, Chile between 4 and 10 November 2019.

Hayley Carter and Ena Shibahara were the defending champions, but Shibahara chose not to participate this year.

Robin Anderson and Jessika Ponchet were the defending champions when the event was held as an ITF W60 event in 2019, but Ponchet was unable to participate due to insufficient ranking. Anderson played alongside Erin Routliffe but lost in the first round to Kaitlyn Christian and Giuliana Olmos.

Daria Gavrilova and Ellen Perez were the defending champions but Gavrilova chose not to participate. Perez played alongside Storm Sanders but lost in the first round to Nicole Melichar and Demi Schuurs.

This was the first edition of the tournament. Shuko Aoyama and Ena Shibahara won the title, defeating Hayley Carter and Luisa Stefani in the final, 7–6(7–5), 6–4.

Defending champion Storm Hunter and her partner Elise Mertens defeated Gabriela Dabrowski and Erin Routliffe in the final, 3–6, 6–2, [10–4] to win the doubles title at the 2023 Guadalajara Open Akron. Mertens reclaimed the WTA No. 1 doubles ranking by reaching the semifinals.

Ingrid Gamarra Martins and Luisa Stefani were the reigning champions, but chose not to participate this year.
