The 2019 WAFF Women's Championship was an international women's football tournament held in Bahrain from 7 to 15 January 2019. The five national teams involved in the tournament were required to register a squad of 23 players, including three goalkeepers. Only players in these squads were eligible to take part in the tournament.
The age listed for each player is on 7 January 2019, the first day of the tournament. The numbers of caps and goals listed for each player do not include any matches played after the start of tournament. The club listed is the club for which the player last played a competitive match prior to the tournament. [note 1] The nationality for each club reflects the national association (not the league) to which the club is affiliated. A flag is included for coaches who are of a different nationality than their own national team.

The Lebanon women's national football team is the official women's national football team of the country of Lebanon. The team was established in 2005, and is controlled by the Lebanon Football Association (LFA), the governing body for football in Lebanon. UAE back in the 2011 WAFF Women's Championship UAE fought well and defended their title beating Iran in the final. to Date, UAE and Jordan are the only teams to lift WAFF Women's Championship title.

The tournament is a quadrennial women's international football tournament for national teams in Asia organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), and was held in Jordan from 6 to 20 April 2018. In the tournament there were involved eight national teams. Each national team registered a final squad of 23 players, with the option of submitting a preliminary squad of 18–50 players. On 29 March 2018, the AFC announced the squads for teams of both the groups.
