The 2020 ASUN men's basketball tournament is the conference postseason tournament for the ASUN Conference. The tournament is the 41st year the league has conducted a postseason tournament. The tournament will be held March 3, 5, and 8, 2020 at campus sites of the higher seeds. The winner receives the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. [1]
The top eight teams in the conference standings qualify for the tournament. The teams are seeded by record in conference, with a tiebreaker system to seed teams with identical conference records.
The two tiebreakers used by the ASUN are: 1) head-to-head record of teams with identical record and 2) NCAA NET Rankings available on day following the conclusion of ASUN regular season play. [1]

The 2016 Atlantic Sun men's basketball tournament marked the 37th year the league now known as the ASUN Conference conducted a postseason tournament. The tournament was held March 1–6, 2016 at campus sites as top seeds hosted each round. Florida Gulf Coast won their second Atlantic Sun Tournament title and a berth in the 2016 NCAA tournament.
The 2017 ASUN men's basketball tournament was the conference postseason tournament for the ASUN Conference. The tournament marked the 38th year the league conducted a postseason tournament. The tournament was held February 27, March 2 and 5, 2017 at campus sites as top seeds host each round. Florida Gulf Coast defeated North Florida, 77–61, in the championship game to receive the conference's automatic trip to the NCAA tournament.
The 2018 Phillips 66 Big 12 men's basketball tournament was a postseason men's basketball tournament for the Big 12 Conference. It was played from March 7 to 10, in Kansas City, Missouri at the Sprint Center. Kansas defeated West Virginia in the championship game to win the tournament and receive the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament.
The 2018 ASUN men's basketball tournament was the conference postseason tournament for the ASUN Conference. The tournament was the 39th year the league has conducted a postseason tournament. The tournament was held February 26, March 1, and 4, 2018 at campus sites of the higher seeds. Lipscomb defeated regular season champion Florida Gulf Coast in the tournament championship to receive the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament, the school's first trip to the NCAA Tournament.
The 2020 Summit League men's basketball tournament was the postseason men's basketball tournament for the Summit League for the 2019–20 season. All tournament games were played at the Denny Sanford Premier Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, from March 7–10, 2020. First-seeded North Dakota State defeated North Dakota, 89-53, to set the Summit League Tournament record for the largest margin victory in the title game. They earned the Summit League's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament, but it was canceled days after NDSU won due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
The 2020 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference men's basketball tournament was the postseason men's basketball tournament for the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference. The tournament was scheduled to be held from March 10 through March 14, 2020 at the Norfolk Scope in Norfolk, Virginia. The winner would have received the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament.

It was played March 9–12, 2022, in Kansas City, Missouri, at the T-Mobile Center. Kansas won the tournament, their 12th Big 12 Tournament championship, to earn the conference's automatic berth in the 2022 NCAA tournament. The tournament was sponsored by Phillips 66.
The 2021 ASUN men's soccer tournament was the 43rd edition of the postseason men's soccer tournament for the ASUN Conference, held from November 5 through November 13, 2021. All rounds of the tournament were hosted at the first and second seeds home stadiums. The six-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The Jacksonville Dolphins were the defending tournament champions, and were unable to defend their title, after not qualifying for the tournament. The Lipscomb Bisons won the tournament after defeating Central Arkansas 4–1 in the final. It was their third title in five years, and third title in program history for Lipscomb and coach Charles Morrow. As tournament champions, Lipscomb earned the ASUN's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament.

All tournament games were played at the Harrah's Cherokee Center in Asheville, North Carolina, during March 4–7, 2022. The winner of the tournament received the conference's automatic bid to the 2022 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament.

The winner, Bellarmine, did not receive the conference's automatic bid to the 2022 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament due to not being eligible because of a transition from Division II. Instead the regular season conference champion, Jacksonville State, was awarded the conference's automatic bid.
