The 2022 LFA First Division (known as the Orange First Division for sponsorship reasons) was the 48th season of the Liberian First Division (formerly the Liberian Premier League), the top-tier football league in Liberia, since the league's establishment in 1956. The regular season began on November 3, 2021 and ended on April 17, 2022, with Watanga clinching their first ever league title. [1] [2]

The Liberian First Division, formerly known as Liberian Premier League, is the highest division of football in Liberia. The club was named after the military camp established just outside Monrovia by former members of the rebel movement at the end of the First Liberian Civil War in 1996. The club won the national championship in 2022 and was a finalist for the 2012 LFA Cup.

The Liberian Super Cup is a pre-season football competition held the week before the season begins in Liberia every year, in April. It is contested by the winners of the National Premier League and the Liberian Cup in the previous season, as a curtain raiser to the new season. It is played at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium.

The 2013–14 Liberian First Division League is the 41st season of the Liberian Premier League, the Liberian professional league for association football clubs, since the league's establishment in 1956. The season was expected to start on Sunday 20 October 2013 but was pushed back to commence on Sunday, 27 October 2013 instead. The 2013–2014 season will conclude on Sunday 23 February 2014.
