The 2024 FIBA U16 Women's EuroBasket Division B will be the 19th edition of the Division B of the European basketball championship for women's under-16 national teams. The tournament will be played in Konya, Turkey, from 15 to 24 August 2024. [1]

In the first round, the teams were drawn into four groups of five. The first two teams from each group advance to the quarterfinals; the third and fourth teams advance to the 9th–16th place playoffs; the last teams will play in the 17th–20th place classification group.

The Israel women's national basketball team represents Israel in international women's basketball matches and is controlled by the Israel Basketball Association. Israel have hosted the FIBA Women's EuroBasket in 1991, and hosted again in 2023 along with Slovenia.
