The 2024 UEC European Track Championships (under-23 & junior) were the 24th continental championships for European under-23 and junior track cyclists, and the 14th since the event was renamed following the reorganisation of European track cycling in 2010. The event took place at the Lausitz Velodrome in Cottbus, Germany from 9 to 14 July 2024. [1]

The European Track Cycling Championships are a set of elite level competition events held annually for the various disciplines and distances in track cycling, exclusively for European cyclists, and regulated by the European Cycling Union (UEC). They were first held in their current format in 2010, when elite level cyclists competed for the first time following an overhaul of European track cycling.

Lotte Kopecky is a Belgian road and track racing cyclist, who rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam Team SD Worx–Protime, and the 2023 and 2024 UCI Elite Women's World Road Race Champion. She is a multiple world champion on the track, having won six gold medals across four UCI Track Cycling World Championships; she won the madison in 2017 and 2022, the points race in 2021 and 2023, and the elimination race in 2022 and 2023.
Olivija Baleišytė is a Lithuanian road and track cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Aromitalia–Basso Bikes–Vaiano. Representing Lithuania at international competitions, Baleišytė competed at the 2016 UEC European Track Championships in the elimination race and individual pursuit events. In 2020 Baleišytė was awarded the Lithuanian Cycling Federation title for Lithuanian female cyclist of the year.
Verena Eberhardt is an Austrian road and track cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team IBCT. Representing Austria at international competitions, Eberhardt competed at the 2016 UEC European Track Championships in the points race event and scratch event.
Anita Yvonne Stenberg is a Norwegian female track cyclist, representing Norway at international competitions. She competed at the 2016 UEC European Track Championships in the points race event and scratch event. At the 2016 Norwegian National Track Championships, Stenberg won seven elite national titles in the 500m time trial, pursuit, keirin, omnium, points race, scratch race and sprint.
