Holger Rune won the boys' singles tennis title at the 2019 French Open, defeating Toby Kodat in the final, 6–3, 6–7(5–7), 6–0.
Shintaro Mochizuki won the title, defeating Carlos Gimeno Valero in the final, 6–3, 6–2. He saved a match point in the semifinals against Martin Damm.

This was only the third final in ATP history to be contested between two qualifiers, following the 2015 Sydney International and the 2018 Austrian Open.
