The 2025 Big East Conference women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Big East Conference that was held from November 6 to 9, 2025. [1] The three-match tournament took place at the Maryland SoccerPlex in Boyds, Maryland. The four-team single-elimination tournament consisted of two rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The defending champions were Connecticut. [2] Connecticut failed to defend their title, as they were knocked out in the semifinals by Xavier. [3] Xavier would go on to win the title, defeating Georgetown 2−0 in the final. [4] It was the second title for Xavier since 2019, and the first title for head coach Dean Ward. [5]
As tournament champions, Xavier earned the Big East's automatic berth into the 2025 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament.
The top four teams in the regular season earned a spot in the tournament. Teams were seeded based on regular season conference records. No tiebreakers were required as the top seven teams all finished with unique conference records. [6]
