The 2025 CONCACAF Women's U-17 Championship is the 9th edition of the CONCACAF Women's U-17 Championship, the biennial international youth football championship organized by CONCACAF for the women's under-17 national teams of the North, Central American and Caribbean region. [1]

Unlike past editions of the CONCACAF Women's U-17 Championship, the 2025 tournament will not have elimination rounds resulting in the crowning of a champion. [2] Instead, the group round of round-robin competitions will result in four teams from the tournament qualifying for the 2025 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup in Morocco as CONCACAF's representatives. [1]

Qualification

Twenty-two teams competed for eight spots in the final tournament, where they will joined the four highest-seeded teams on the CONCACAF Women's Under-17 Ranking as of March 1, 2024, the United States, Mexico, Canada, and Haiti. [3]

Draw

The draw of the tournament was held at 11:00 ET on February 24, 2025 at the CONCACAF Headquarters in Miami, Florida. [4] [5] The four highest-seeded teams, which qualified automatically for the final tournament, took the first positions in Pot 1 and 2. The eight teams, that advanced from the qualification phase, were placed in pots based on the CONCACAF Women's Under-17 Ranking on 4 February 2025. Teams were drawn into three groups of four teams. Co-host teams could not be placed in the same group. [5]
