The 2025 Cork Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship is the 22nd staging of the Cork Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 2004. The draw for the group stage placings took place on 10 December 2024. ^[1] The championship is scheduled to run from 31 July to October 2025.

• The quarter-final between Cloyne and Valley Rovers was abandoned after three minutes, due to Valley Rovers' full-back John Cottrell suffering a serious leg injury. ^[6] The match was refixed for the following day. ^[7]
