Absolom was a Belgian dance project produced by Christophe Chantzis and DJ Jimmy Goldschmitz. The group was popular in Europe by the end of the 1990s. For remixer and main-producer Chantzis the project was his first major effort in the Belgian dance scene. Vocals were done by Pascale Feront who gained some attention by entering the final of The Soundmix Show. A live-act was put together, consisting of singer Pascal Feront, two professional female dancers and Christophe Chantzis on keyboard. He also supplied the additional vocals on some singles.

On 31 July 2015, he released his second album called 'Ain't nothing but a party'. On August 28, 2020, Michael's single 'Winter' reached 1 million Spotify Streams. In April 2021 he released a new album on Zyx Music called Million Years.
The Common Linnets are a Dutch band that was formed in 2013. The band originally consisted of Ilse DeLange and Waylon. DeLange has stated that the group is a platform for Dutch artists to make country, Americana, and bluegrass music, and that the members will be changing. He instead represented the country in the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 with the song "Embers”, which came in last place with nul points.
