7Horse is an American rock and blues duo formed in 2011 most notable for their song "Meth Lab Zoso Sticker" which was featured in Martin Scorsese's film The Wolf of Wall Street , in the second trailer and on the soundtrack. [1] The group consists of Phil Leavitt (songwriter, drummer, and lead vocals) and Joie Calio (songwriter, guitars, bass, and vocals). Both are also members of the band dada. [2]

Their first album, Let the 7Horse Run, was released in 2011. They toured extensively by themselves in 2012. In 2013, they toured as an opening act for the dada 20th Anniversary Tour. [3]

In April 2014, the song "BlackJack Moon" from the album Let the 7Horse Run was used in a Canadian national television commercial for Jeep Wrangler called Limitations. [4]

On June 10, 7Horse released Songs for a Voodoo Wedding, coinciding with St. Johns Eve, a Voodoo Holy Day celebration honoring Marie Laveau. A national tour followed. [5]

On April 15, 2016, 7Horse released its third record, Livin' in a Bitch of a World. A national tour followed during April–May 2016. [6] A Fall 2016 tour began in October 2016.

Several of their songs were used in season one, episode three of Amazon's The Grand Tour ("Opera, Art, and Donuts"), and "Meth Lab Zoso Sticker" and "Blackjack Moon" were featured in Ubisoft's 2018 game Far Cry 5 .

In 2018, the band released their fourth album Superfecta on December 7. [7]

<i>So Wrong, Its Right</i> 2007 studio album by All Time Low

So Wrong, It's Right is the second studio album and the major label debut by American rock band All Time Low. Following an unsuccessful showcase for Fueled by Ramen, Hopeless Records signed All Time Low in March 2006. They released an EP, Put Up or Shut Up, through the label in July of that year. After amassing 12 songs by January 2007, the band demoed some of them for Paul Leavitt. The group began recording So Wrong, It's Right in April at SOMD Studios in Beltsville, Maryland with producers Leavitt and Matt Squire. The band wrote five additional songs while in the studio. Following an acoustic tour in June, the band participated in Warped Tour, and "Dear Maria, Count Me In" was made available for streaming. After premiering a music video for "Six Feet Under the Stars", So Wrong, It's Right was released on September 25. The band spent the next three months supporting Boys Like Girls on their US tour.

In March 2016, while on tour with Mayday Parade and The Maine, it was announced that the group would be dropping off tour and "going silent for a while" following sexual assault and abuse allegations against the bands former touring bassist, David Hobbs. During the bands hiatus and dissolvement of all relations with the former member, Better Off apologized to those involved with the situation and continued to quietly create and release their single "Bad Habit" on April 25, 2018.

The Wolf of Wall Street: Music from the Motion Picture is the soundtrack to the Martin Scorsese-directed 2013 epic biographical black comedy crime film of the same name released on December 17, 2013, for digital download and through physical CDs and vinyl editions on January 7, 2014, distributed by Virgin Records. The album features a roster of mid-century blues tracks from popular artists during the 1950s and 1960s. The music received critical acclaim and received a nomination for Grammy Award for Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media, though lost to the soundtrack of Frozen (2013).
