A. Boovaraghamoorthy is an Indian politician and former Member of the Legislative Assembly of Tamil Nadu. He was elected to the Tamil Nadu legislative assembly as an Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam candidate from Acharapakkam constituency in 2002 by-election. [1]

The sixteenth legislative assembly election of Tamil Nadu was held on 6 April 2021, to elect representatives from the 234 constituencies in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. The poll is the state's first assembly election after the demises of the two most prominent Chief Ministers in its modern history, J. Jayalalithaa and M. Karunanidhi, who died in 2016 and 2018 respectively. The current fifteenth legislative assembly will conclude its term on 24 May 2021.
