Abdullahi Yusufu Ribadu (born September 2, 1960) is a Nigerian academic and professor of Veterinary Reproduction. He was the Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Yola, Nigeria (from 2004 to 2009). [1] He also served as the pioneer Vice-Chancellor of Sule Lamido University, Kafin Hausa, Jigawa State, Nigeria (from 2013 to 2018). He is currently a visiting professor at the National Universities Commission (NUC), Abuja.
Abdullahi had his primary and secondary education in Song and Mubi, respectively, in Adamawa State. He went to Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State, where he studied Veterinary Medicine. In 1984, he performed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme in Ilorin, Kwara State. He studied for his master's degree in Veterinary reproduction (Theriogenology) between 1986 and 1988 at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. In 1990, he was awarded a Commonwealth Scholarship to study in the University of Liverpool, where he had his PhD in 1994. He was also awarded a Japanese Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Fellowship for a Postdoctoral Study at Rakuno Gakuen University, Ebetsu, Hokkaido, Japan from 1997 to 1999.
He worked as a lecturer in the University of Maiduguri from 1985 to 2004. In 2004, he became the Vice-Chancellor of Federal University of Technology, Yola.
Abdullahi had a Commonwealth Scholarship for a PhD degree at the University of Liverpool and also a Japanese post-doctorate fellowship that was sponsored by the Japan Society for the promotion of science. He was the first Nigerian to benefit from that programme.

Ochapa Onazi was educated at the Boys’ Secondary School, Gindiri, and the Nigerian College of Arts, Science and Technology, Zaria. He served as the special adviser on political matter to Gov. Nasir El-Rufai and the same capacity in APC Gubernatorial campaign for the 2023 general elections. Moreover, he served as the speaker of the 5th Kaduna Assembly.

He is a fellow of the Nigerian Academy of Science, elected into the Academy’s Fellowship at its Annual General Meeting held in January 2015. He was 11th of Ahmadu Bello University from May 2009 to December 2009. He is a scientist who through his study on the dissemination of rabies virus in tissues, developed the use of skin biopsy for in vitro diagnosis of rabies in 1983.
Abdullahi Mustapha is a Nigerian Professor of Medicinal Chemistry and former Vice Chancellor of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He was succeeded by Ibrahim Garba as the VC of the University. He is currently the Director General of the National Biotechnology Research and Development Agency (NBRDA) in Nigeria. He occupied this position during the tenure of former president Muhammadu Buhari but was re-appointed by the present Nigerian president, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Ibrahim Garba is a Nigerian geologist and university administrator. He was the former vice chancellor of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria he was succeeded by Kabir Bala. He had also served as the vice chancellor of the Kano State University of Science and Technology, Wudil. Garba hails from Riruwai in Kano State.
Ekundayo Adeyinka Adeyemi was a Nigerian architect and academic who was a distinguished professor of architecture at Covenant University, Ota. In 1975, Adeyemi attained professorship at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria a promotion that made him the first professor of architecture in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa. He was acting vice chancellor of the Federal University of Technology Akure from December 1999 to September 2001.
Muhammad Nasirudeen Maiturare is a Nigerian academic, a professor of business administration. He is the fourth substantive Vice-Chancellor of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai in Nigeria.

He has taught in many universities in Nigeria and is currently a visiting professor to Kebbi State University of Science and Technology, Aliero and Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto. He is married to Hajiya Fatima and they have four children.
Ibrahim Hussaini Doko is a Nigerian academics, lecturer, administrator, and member of the Governing Board of the Raw Materials Research and Development Council, Nigeria. He is presently appointed as the director-general and chief executive officer of Raw Materials Research and Development Council, serving two terms from 2014 to 2019 and presently assumed office in April 2019. The Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) is a public research university located in Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria. It was opened in 1962 as the University of Northern Nigeria. He has made significant contributions to veterinary medicine and higher education in Nigeria, and he was awarded the Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR) in 2006.
