Abdulwahab Mohammad Al-Babtain (born 1985) is a politician, who is an elected Member of Parliament of the Kuwait Parliament. As the Kuwaiti General Election 2016 was his first stand for elections, he won the first chair in the third constituency by 3,730 votes. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]

Khaled A. Mahdi is currently the Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Supreme Council for Planning and Development (GSSCPD) of Kuwait since early 2016. He succeeded Mr. Hashem Alrefee and Dr. Adel Alweqayan. The GSSCPD steers the long-term Kuwait National Development Plan (KNDP), part of the vision for New Kuwait by His Highness the Emir of Kuwait, Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, which "mobilizes development efforts across seven pillars with the aim of transforming Kuwait into a financial, cultural, and institutional leader in the region by 2035".

2020 Kuwaiti general election

General elections were held in Kuwait on 5 December 2020. Two-thirds of the incumbents lost their seats, including the 2016 parliament's sole woman MP Safa Al Hashem.

Al-Nisf was first elected in the Kuwaiti General Election 2013, he won the third chair in the second constituency by 2,527 votes. Al-Nisf was also elected in the Kuwaiti General Election 2016 and he won the eighth chair in the second constituency by 1,888 votes.

Hamad Moh'd Al-Midlij is a politician, who is an elected member of the Municipal council in Kuwait. As the 2018 Kuwaiti Municipal Council election was his first stand for elections, he won the first chair in the fourth constituency with 4,108 out of 75,560 votes. Al-Midlij currently serves as the chair of Financial and Legal Committee of the council.

Falafel Cart is a 2019 animated family short drama film produced by RoyalTales and directed by Abdullah Al-Wazzan with an original score by Dan Phillipson and sound design by Andrew Vernon. The short blends Stop motion Animation with traditional and some computer animation. In 2019, the film was submitted for the 2020 Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film. In 2020 The film earned an official selection at the Hiroshima International Animation Festival in the best of the world program.
