Daniel Addoquaye Addo (born 23 April 1985 in Accra) is a Ghanaian football midfielder who played for Ashanti Gold SC.
Addo joined in June 2008 from Power F.C. to Heart of Lions and stands in Ghana Premier League All Star team. [1] On 2 January 2008 was speculated with a move from Heart of Lions link to Red Star Belgrade [2] and he moved to Serbia in February and stayed until June 2008. [3] However, he failed to make an appearance in the Serbian SuperLiga with Red Star. In summer 2009 he signed with Ashanti Gold SC, he scored here in his debut his first goal for his new club. [4]
Addo can play as attacking midfielder or forward. [5]
He was on Ghana's player list for the 2008 African Cup of Nations but was cut from the list on the last day of preparations. On 13 November 2007 he was called up for the Black Stars. [6]
Charles Kweku Bismark Taylor Asampong is a former Ghanaian professional footballer who played as a striker or an attacking midfielder. He had his greatest playing days and is one of the few players to play for Accra Hearts of Oak S.C. and Asante Kotoko. As a kid, he was often called tailor, after his uncle who was a tailor as he used to help his uncle with work, hence, he adopted the name Charles Taylor after the former Liberian president. Nicknamed "Terror" due to his ability to terrorise opponents. He's arguably one of the greatest players to ever play the Ghana premier league and a key member of the famous "64 Battalion" squad of Accra Hearts of Oak S.C. that won the African Champions League in 2000 and consecutive Ghanaian league titles.
