The Adelaide University Liberal Club (AULC) is a student group operating under the auspices of the Adelaide University Union (AUU). [1] The club hosts policy debates, annual dinners, student election campaigns, and guest speaker events with members of parliament. It is an affiliate of the Australian Liberal Students' Federation. The University of Adelaide is a public research university based in Adelaide, South Australia. Established in 1874, it is the third-oldest university in Australia. Its main campus in the Adelaide city centre includes many sandstone buildings of historical and architectural significance, such as Bonython Hall. It is co-located on its east with the historical Royal South Australian Society of Arts. The institution, which predates the university, then included the Art Gallery of South Australia, the South Australian Museum and the State Library of South Australia where studies were conducted prior to its construction. It is also adjacent with the Australian Space Agency headquarters on Lot Fourteen, through which it plays a notable role in the Australian space industry.
The University of South Australia is a public research university based in South Australia. Established in 1991, it is the largest university in the state with over 36,000 students in 2022. Its main campuses in North Terrace are co-located with Adelaide's biomedical precinct on its west and the Australian Space Agency headquarters on its east. In mid-2023, it agreed to merge with the neighbouring University of Adelaide, with which it had maintained historically strong ties. The two universities accounted for over 72% of the state's public university population in 2022 and the merger is expected to complete by the end of 2025. The combined institution will be re-branded as Adelaide University.
Charles Cameron Kingston was an Australian politician. From 1893 to 1899 he was a radical liberal Premier of South Australia, occupying this office with the support of Labor, which in the House of Assembly was led by John McPherson from 1893, and by Lee Batchelor upon McPherson's death in 1897.

A-League Men is the highest-level professional men's soccer league in Australia and New Zealand. At the top of the Australian league system, it is the country's premier men's competition for the sport. A-League Men was established in 2004 as the A-League by the Australian Soccer Association (ASA) as a successor to the National Soccer League (NSL) and competition commenced in August 2005. On Dit is a student newspaper published fortnightly during semester time, funded by the Adelaide University Union and advertising. Founded in 1932, it is the third oldest student newspaper in Australia along with Semper Floreat, which was first published in the same year. The paper replaced the Varsity Ragge which ran from 1928 to 1931, ending because of what On Dit described in its first edition as 'student apathy'. The Varsity Ragge returned in 1934 for a single edition as a rival to On Dit.
A blue is an award of sporting colours earned by athletes at some universities and schools for competition at the highest level. The awarding of blues began at Oxford and Cambridge universities in England. They are now awarded at a number of other British universities and at some universities in Australia and New Zealand.

Simon John Birmingham is an Australian politician who has been a Senator for South Australia since 2007. A member of the Liberal Party, he served in the Morrison government as Minister for Finance from 2020 to 2022 and as Minister for Trade, Tourism and Investment from 2018 to 2020. He previously served as Minister for Education and Training in the Turnbull government from 2015 to 2018, and as a parliamentary secretary and assistant minister in the Abbott government.
Christopher Maurice Pyne is a retired Australian politician. As a member of the Liberal Party, he held several ministerial positions in the Howard, Abbott, Turnbull and Morrison governments, and served as a member of parliament (MP) for the division of Sturt from 1993 until his retirement in 2019.
Union Hall was a theatre, hall and lecture theatre located on the North Terrace campus of the University of Adelaide, in South Australia. Constructed in 1958, Union Hall served as a performance venue for various festivals and productions until 2007. It was demolished in November 2010 to make way for a new science precinct.

It is an affiliate of the Australian Liberal Students' Federation and the Tasmania University Union.
