The Velvet Underground & Nico is the debut album by American rock band the Velvet Underground, released in March 1967 by Verve Records. It was recorded in 1966 while the band were featured on Andy Warhol's Exploding Plastic Inevitable tour, which gained attention for its experimental performance sensibilities and controversial lyrical topics, including drug abuse, prostitution, sadomasochism and sexual deviancy. It sold poorly and was mostly ignored by contemporary critics, but later became regarded as one of the most influential albums in the history of popular music.

Nicholas Harry Yennaris, known in China as Li Ke, is an English-born Chinese professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Beijing Guoan. He began his career in the academy at Premier League club Arsenal and came to prominence in the Football League with Brentford. He has been described as a "rugged, all action defensive player, with a positive, winning mentality" and won 10 caps for England between U17 and U19 level. In 2019, he was naturalised as a Chinese citizen and made his international debut for China later that year.
Willem Nico Potma is a sailor from the Netherlands, who represented his country at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona. Potma as helmsman in the Dutch Flying Dutchman with his brother Gerhard Potma as crew took the 18th place. In 1996 Potma returned to the Olympics in Savannah. Again with his brother and Frank Hettinga as crew. Potma took 15th place in the Soling.

The 2016 FIA Formula One World Championship was the 70th season of the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA)'s Formula One motor racing. Niccolò "Nico" Mannion is an Italian college basketball player for the Arizona Wildcats of the Pac-12 Conference. He previously played for Pinnacle High School in Phoenix, Arizona, where he was a five-star recruit and one of the top point guards in the 2019 recruiting class. Although he mainly grew up in the United States, Mannion represents his birth country of Italy in international competitions.
