The Administration of Justice Act 1705 [a] (4 & 5 Ann. c. 3) [c] was an act of the Parliament of England.
Section 20 of the act was repealed by section 1 of, and schedule 1 to, the Statute Law Revision Act 1871 ( 34 & 35 Vict. c. 116).
Sections 12 and 13, and the words from "from and after" to "Trinity term" and the words "and all the statutes of jeofails" in section 24 of the act were repealed by section 1 of, and schedule 1 to, the Statute Law Revision Act 1948 (11 & 12 Geo. 6. c. 62).
The whole act was repealed by section 34(1) of, and schedule 2 to, the Administration of Justice Act 1965.
