The 2022 Asian Men's Handball Championship was the 20th edition of the championship, taking place from 18 to 31 January 2022 in Saudi Arabia under the aegis of the Asian Handball Federation (AHF). It was the second time in history that the championship is organised by the Saudi Arabian Handball Federation (SAHF). It also acted as a qualification tournament for the 2023 World Men's Handball Championship, with the top five teams from the championship directly qualifying for the event jointly hosted by Poland and Sweden.
