AdvantaClean Systems, Inc. is a privately held American franchise corporation with over 230 operational franchise territories nationwide providing light environmental services including mold remediation, moisture control solutions, air duct and dryer vent cleaning, emergency water removal, and coil cleaning services to residential, commercial, and governmental clients.
The company originated in 1994 as a contracting business handling cleanup and repairs in southern Florida after Hurricane Andrew. [1] Following the relocation of company headquarters to Charlotte, NC, the AdvantaClean brand was established. A pilot franchise program was initiated in 2000 and made available to the general public in 2008. Since 2007, the company has been headquartered in Huntersville, North Carolina. [2]

Franchisees participate in continuing education by attending bi-weekly webinars hosted by AdvantaClean’s home office training staff. [7]
