Africa Morocco Link (AML) is a ferry company in Morocco founded in 2016. [1] The company operates ferry services between Tangier in Morocco and Algeciras in Spain. [2]
AML was created in 2016 following an agreement between BMCE Bank and Attica Holdings to operate scheduled ferry services from Morocco to Europe, under AML. Attica Group will hold a 49% participation in the new company, while 51% will be held by a group of Moroccan shareholders, led by BMCE Bank Of Africa Group. [3] AML inaugurated operations between Almeria and Nador on 15 October 2016 with the MV Diagoras sailing at 13:00 from Almeria. This is their second line connecting Morocco with Europe since the start of their operations in 2016. [4] Diagoras left AML's fleet on 26 December 2017. [5]
In April 2024 BMCE Bank sold their 51% share to CTM. [6]
The following days also Attica Group announced the sale of their 49% share to Stena Line. [7]

In June 2018 Attica Group increased its share in Hellenic Seaways to 98.83%. Hellenic Seaways is 100% controlled by the Attica Group following the acquisition of minority interest of 1.17% in July 2019. In December 2023 it absorbed 100% of ANEK Lines, rendering the operator number two in the number of passengers commuted in Europe.

The Compagnie Marocaine de Navigation or Comanav is a Moroccan shipping company and wholly owned subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group. Currently, it is the leader in the Moroccan market for maritime transport of passengers and freight, as well as port operations. In 2009, the company sold its ferries and passenger transport subdivision to Comarit which has since gone bankrupt.
MS Pride of Free Enterprise was a RORO Passenger and Freight ferry operating services between Almeria and Nador on a time-charter basis to the Spanish ferry operator Acciona Trasmediterranea. The ship was formerly called the M/F Oleander (2001-2013), P&OSL Picardy (1999-2001), Pride of Bruges (1987-1999) and Pride of Free Enterprise (1980-1987). She was operated by FerriMaroc and Comarit between 2010 and 2011 and previously owned and operated by TransEuropa Ferries between Ramsgate and Ostend. TransEuropa Ferries owned the ferry between 2001 and 2013 and operated her between 2001 and 2010 before placing her on charter. She was scrapped at Alang in late 2015 under the name Sher.
The Mohammed VI Tower is a 55 story, 250m skyscraper in the city of Salé, bordering Rabat, the capital of Morocco. It will be the third tallest building in Africa. It is a project by the Moroccan businessman Othman Benjelloun and led by the company O'Tower.
