Agileswari is a 2015 Malaysian Tamil-language horror film. [1] The film tells the story of a man who is not satisfied at all with his current life, even though he is living in luxury. Other than greed, the film also tells the story of love, loss and revenge. [2]

The film stars Jeeva, Uthaya and Vickneswary in lead roles. [3] [4] Directed by Roy Krishnan, it was released on 16 April 2015, in conjunctive of Tamil New Year. [5]

Amar B. Choudary, known professionally as Jiiva, is an Indian film actor and producer, who works mainly in Tamil cinema, as well as few films in Malayalam. He is the youngest son of film producer R. B. Choudary. He began his career as a child actor in 1991 in films produced by his father. He made his debut as a lead actor in his father's 50th production, Aasai Aasaiyai (2003). After Sivaji Ganesan, Jiiva is the only Tamil actor to have been awarded at the Cyprus International Film Festival for his performance in the film Raam (2005).

Ram is an Indian film director, who works in Tamil cinema. After assisting Hindi directors Rajkumar Santoshi and working under Balu Mahendra, he made his directorial debut with Kattradhu Thamizh (2007), which fetched him strong critical acclaim. His second film Thanga Meengal (2013) also won critical praise and three National Film Awards. He released his next film Taramani in August 2017 which was critically acclaimed and a box-office hit. Arya has also worked as a producer and distributor through the production studio August Cinema where he has worked with Prithviraj, Shaji Nadesan and Santosh Sivan on Malayalam language films.

Mehandi Circus is a 2019 Indian Tamil-language action romantic drama film written by Raju Murugan and directed by Saravana Rajendran who is also his elder brother on his directorial debut. The film casts newcomer Madhampatty Rangaraj in main lead role and Shweta Tripathi on her Tamil film debut in female lead role while RJ Vigneshkanth and Vela Ramamoorthy play supportive roles. The film's soundtrack is composed by Sean Roldan while Selvakumar S. K. and Philomin Raj of Maanagaram fame are selected as cinematographer and film editor respectively. The film is produced K. E. Gnanavel Raja under his production studio banner Studio Green. This film had positive reviews from critics and general audience.
