Life

Quaye was born in 1989. She was playing for Nungua Ladies in Accra [1] when she was part of the national team in 2007 at the All Africa Games. This was the second year that women footballers had been invited to the games, but only the first time that Ghana was included and Quaye was in the team together with Naomi Asante, Mary Niiquaye, Jennifer Opoku, Ama Saabi, Sakina Abdul, Priscilla Annor, Lydia Kwarteng, Evelyn Amaning and Portia Boakye. [2]

In 2011 she was part of her country's female Olympic team who beat Liberia as part the preliminary qualifying rounds for the 2011 All Africa Games. Ghana scored four goals in the match and Quaye was one of the scorers together with Rosemary Ampem, Grace Asare and Mercy Myles who was the captain of the "Black Princesses". [3]

Quaye was part of the team at the 2014 African Women's Championship in Namibia after being chosen by Yusif Basigi. [4] At the club level, she played for Immigration Accra in Ghana. [5] [6]

In the 2021/22 season she was still playing for Immigration Accra. She made seventeen appearances and took two yellow cards. [7]
