Juan Luna de San Pedro y Novicio Ancheta was a Filipino painter, sculptor and a political activist of the Philippine Revolution during the late 19th century. He became one of the first recognized Philippine artists.
The Church of Saint Augustine, also known as the Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Consolation and Cincture or the Immaculate Conception Parish, is a Catholic church under the auspices of the Order of Saint Augustine located inside the historic walled city of Intramuros in Manila, Philippines. Juan de Pareja was a Spanish painter of multiracial descent. Born in Antequera, he is best known as a member of the household and workshop of painter Diego Velázquez, who enslaved Pareja until 1654. Pareja's 1661 painting The Calling of Saint Matthew is currently on display at the Museo del Prado in Madrid.

The Archdiocese of Saragossa is a Latin diocese of the Catholic Church located in north-eastern Spain, in the province of Zaragoza, part of the autonomous community of Aragón. The archdiocese heads the ecclesiastical province of Saragossa, having metropolitan authority over the suffragan dioceses of Barbastro-Monzón, Huesca, Tarazona, and Teruel and Albarracín.
Juan Ribalta was a Spanish painter of the Baroque period. He was born and died in Valencia. His father, Francisco Ribalta, was a famous painter, active in the style of Caravaggio. Some sources said he was born in Madrid and later moved to Valencia. His mother Inés Pelayo died in 1601. Juan's works and style are similar to that of his father. He later painted Saint Sebastian at the Valencia Cathedral in 1616, later the small Adoration of the Shepherds and St. Peter, he also painted portraits including the poet Gaspar de Aguilar.
Jerónimo Rodríguez de Espinosa was a Spanish painter of the Renaissance period active in the region of Valencia.
Tomás de Yepes or Hiepes was a Spanish painter in the Kingdom of Valencia. An artist of the Baroque movement, he worked as a painter of still life and bodegón—still life paintings depicting pantry items. He made paintings both for clients and public events. Although his activity started in the second decade of the 17th century, most of the works attributed to him come after 1642. He continued to paint until the year of his death.

Agustín García-Gasco y Vicente was a Spanish Cardinal of the Catholic Church. He served as Archbishop of Valencia from 1992 to 2009, and was elevated to the cardinalate in 2007.

Juan de Alfaro y Gámez (1643–1680) was a Spanish painter of the Baroque. He was born at Córdoba. He was first a pupil of Antonio del Castillo, but finished his studies at Madrid under Velázquez, whose manner he followed, particularly in portraits. He was employed by Velazquez in copying the works of Titian, Rubens, and Van Dyck. In the church of the Carmelites is an Incarnation and in the church of the Imperial College at Madrid is his picture of the Guardian Angel.
Mosen Vicente Bru (1682–1703) was a Spanish painter. He was born at Valencia. He was the pupil of Juan Conchillos. He painted for the churches in his native city, including a St. Francisco de Paula, a Baptism of Christ by St. John, and an All the Saints for the church of San Juan del Mercado.
Pablo da San Leocadio or Paolo da Reggio was an Italian painter from Reggio Emilia, who was mostly active in Spain.
