Aidan Lennon is a Gaelic footballer from County Westmeath, Ireland. He played in goal for the Westmeath county team during the 1990s and 2000s [1] [2] and was part of the Westmeath team that won the 1995 All-Ireland Minor Football Championship. He also won a National Football League Div 2 medal in 2003 and was part of the panel that won the county's first Leinster Senior Football Championship in 2004.

He first made his name with Westmeath underage teams helping them to win the Leinster Minor Championship in 2000, scoring 1-04 in the final against Dublin, he then played with New York in the Connacht Championship, before joining up with Offaly.

The Westmeath county football team represents Westmeath in men's Gaelic football and is governed by Westmeath GAA, the county board of the Gaelic Athletic Association. The team competes in the three major annual inter-county competitions; the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship, the Leinster Senior Football Championship and the National Football League.
