The Air-Sport Ajos is a Polish single-place, paraglider that was designed and produced by Air-Sport of Zakopane. It is now out of production. [1]

Design and development

The Ajos is named after a local wind found in Poland. It was designed as an intermediate glider and was noted in 2003 as being very competitively priced. [1]

The three models are each named for their wing area in square metres. [1]

Variants

Ajos 26
Small-sized model for lighter pilots. Its 11.26 m (36.9 ft) span wing has a wing area of 26 m2 (280 sq ft), 52 cells and the aspect ratio is 4.8:1. The pilot weight range is 68 to 90 kg (150 to 198 lb). [1]
Ajos 28
Mid-sized model for medium-weight pilots. Its 11.73 m (38.5 ft) span wing has a wing area of 28.2 m2 (304 sq ft), 52 cells and the aspect ratio is 4.8:1. The pilot weight range is 80 to 105 kg (176 to 231 lb). [1]
Ajos 30
Large-sized model for heavier pilots. Its 12.08 m (39.6 ft) span wing has a wing area of 30 m2 (320 sq ft), 52 cells and the aspect ratio is 4.8:1. The pilot weight range is 95 to 120 kg (209 to 265 lb). [1]
