Al Anood Al Obeidli (born 1990) is currently a full time collage artist. She studied Visual Artist in visual arts from Abu Dhabi, UAE. The point of departure for all her work is collage.

She has a degree in Visual Arts from the College of Arts and Creative Enterprises at Zayed University, [1] and has showcased her work there. [2] Her art has also been exhibited at Abu Dhabi’s Tashkeel Gallery, [1] [3] the East-East: UAE Meets Japan exhibition, [4] [5] The (fourth) March Project, [6] The Salama bint Hamdan Emerging Artists Fellowship, [7] and From Barcelona to Abu Dhabi: Works from the MACBA Art Collection. [8]

Al Obaidly graduated from the Salama Bint Hamdan Al Nahyan Foundation Emerging Artists Fellowship Programme. [9] She has been featured in journals such as: My Art Guides, [10] Artslant, [11] Mutual Art, [12] and The Gulf News, [13] among others.

In 2014 she received the Shaikha Salama Artist in Residence Award. [14] [15]

Year of Zayed was observed throughout 2018 in the United Arab Emirates to celebrate the centenary birth anniversary of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan al-Nahyan, the tribal leader and politician who founded the United Arab Emirates in 1971 and served as its inaugural president until his death in 2004. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed, his son and the-then president issued directives in 2017 that designated the consecutive year in honor of his legacy. It was held under four main themes, namely wisdom, respect, sustainability and human development.
