The Upper West Side (UWS) is a neighborhood in the borough of Manhattan in New York City. Christopher James Hovan is a former American football defensive tackle. He played college football at Boston College, and was a National Football League (NFL) defensive tackle from 2000 to 2010. He was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the first round of 2000 NFL Draft.
Bloomingdale High School is a public high school located in Valrico, Florida. Bloomingdale was established in 1987, three years after Gaither High School, and has its same architectural design. Bloomingdale's first graduating class was in 1989, since Hillborough County does not pull seniors from existing schools for new schools. The current principal is Marcos Rodriguez. The football stadium is named for the first principal, Charley Harris. The school colors are red and white with black trim.

The UCLA Bruins football program represents the University of California, Los Angeles, in college football as members of the Pac-12 Conference at the NCAA Division I FBS level. The Rutgers Scarlet Knights football team represents Rutgers University in the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) of the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA). Rutgers competes as a member of the East Division of the Big Ten Conference. Prior to joining the Big Ten, the team was a member of the American Athletic Conference from 1991 to 2013. Marvin Leroy Keyes was an American professional football player who was a running back and safety for five seasons in the National Football League (NFL) with the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs. He was drafted by the Eagles in the first round of the 1969 NFL Draft. He played college football for the Purdue Boilermakers. He was an All-American as a halfback on offense and played corner on defense and returned kicks and punts. He also played both ways for Philadelphia before settling in as a solid strong safety.
Tyrod Di'allo Taylor is an American football quarterback for the Houston Texans of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for Virginia Tech, leading the Hokies to the 2009 Orange Bowl as a Sophomore and 2011 Orange Bowl during his senior year. He was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the sixth round of the 2011 NFL Draft and served as the backup to starting quarterback Joe Flacco, including during the Ravens' Super Bowl XLVII victory over the San Francisco 49ers.
The Bloomingdale Insane Asylum (1821–1889) was a private hospital for the care of the mentally ill, founded by New York Hospital. It was in the Morningside Heights neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City, where Columbia University is now located. It relocated to White Plains as the "Payne Whitney Psychiatric Clinic," now known as the "NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Behavioral Health Center."

The 2015 Wake Forest Demon Deacons football team represented Wake Forest University during the 2015 NCAA Division I FBS football season.
