Aladji Ba is a Paralympian athlete from France competing mainly in category T11 sprint events.

Only two people have represented Barbados at the games: Daniel Coulthurst, who competed in cycling in 2000 and 2004, and David Taylor, who competed in swimming in 2008.
Bermuda first competed at the Paralympic Games in 1996. It has participated in every Summer Paralympics since then. The country has never taken part in the Winter Paralympics and has never won a Paralympic medal. Only four people have represented Bermuda at the games, all of them equestrians. Kirsty Anderson competed three times, in 1996, 2000, and 2004, Sandy Mitchell competed twice, in 2004 and 2008, and Phyllis Harshaw and Alexander Mitchell each competed once, Harshaw in 1996 and Mitchell in 2000. Judith Hagen served as the team's head coach in 2004.
Turkmenistan made its Paralympic Games debut at the 2000 Summer Paralympics in Sydney, with Atajan Begniyazov as its sole representative. It has competed in every edition of the Summer Paralympics since then, but never in the Winter Paralympics. Turkmens have only ever competed in powerlifting, and have never won a medal at the Paralympic Games.
Kazakhstan, having become independent in 1991, made its Paralympic Games début at the 1994 Winter Paralympics in Lillehammer, with merely two athletes competing in cross-country skiing and biathlon. The country has competed in every edition of the Summer and Winter Paralympics since then. Kazakhstan has obtained only one Paralympic medal: a silver in cross-country skiing, won by Lubov Vorobieva during the country's inaugural participation in the Games in 1994. Along with Liechtenstein, Kazakhstan was the only participating country to have won a medal only at the Winter Paralympic Games, until end to 2016.
Kenya made its Paralympic Games début at the 1972 Summer Paralympics. It was absent in 1976, but returned to the 1980 Summer Games and has competed in every edition of the Summer Paralympics since then. It has never competed at the Winter Paralympics.
Kyrgyzstan made its Paralympic Games début at the 1996 Summer Paralympics in Atlanta, and has competed in every edition of the Summer Paralympics since then - albeit with delegations consisting in no more than three athletes. Kyrgyzstan made its début at the Winter Paralympics in 2014 in Sochi.
Zambia made its Paralympic Games debut at the 1996 Summer Paralympics in Atlanta, with a single athlete competing in men's track and field. In 2000, Zambia had two representatives, once more in track and field. The country was absent from the 2004 Games, but sent one representative in 2008.
Benin made its Paralympic Games début at the 2000 Summer Paralympics in Sydney, sending a single representative to compete in athletics. The country has competed at every edition of the Summer Paralympics since then, but has never taken part in the Winter Paralympics. No competitor for Benin has ever won a medal.
Zimbabwe has been competing at the Paralympic Games since the country became independent in 1980; it had previously competed as Rhodesia. Zimbabwe was absent from the Games in 1988 and 1992, returning in 1996 with a two-man delegation, and has competed at every edition of the Summer Paralympics since then. It has never taken part in the Winter Paralympics.
Mexico made its Paralympic Games début at the 1972 Summer Paralympics in Heidelberg, with a delegation of seven athletes competing in track and field, swimming, weightlifting and wheelchair fencing. It has competed in every edition of the Summer Paralympics since then, and made its Winter Paralympics début in 2006.
Uruguay made its Paralympic Games début at the 1992 Summer Paralympics in Barcelona, sending just two representatives to compete in track and field. The country has competed in every subsequent edition of the Summer Paralympics, but never in the Winter Paralympics. Its delegations have always been small, never consisting in more than three competitors.
The Union of Serbia and Montenegro only competed at the Paralympic Games under that name at the 2004 Summer Paralympics in Athens. In 1992, its athletes competed as Independent Paralympic Participants. From 1996 to 2000, included, it was officially known as the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. The International Paralympic Committee lists the country as "Yugoslavia" up to 2000, included, and considers that "Serbia and Montenegro" participated only in 2004. In 2006, the Union split into two sovereign countries, henceforth competing separately as Serbia and Montenegro.
Antigua and Barbuda made its Paralympic Games début at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London, sending a single representative to compete in athletics.
Asim Medić is a Bosnian male Paralympic sitting volleyball player. He is part of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team. He competed at the 2012 Summer Paralympics winning the gold medal. On club level he played for Sdi Spid in 2012.
Aladji Mansour Ba is a Senegalese footballer who plays as a midfielder, most recently for Azerbaijan Premier League club Kapaz PFK. Previously, Ba played for ASC Linguère and ASC Diaraf in Senegal.
