Alan Bartram (born April 19, 1977) is an American bluegrass musician who plays bass. He is best known for his work with the Del McCoury Band and the Travelin' McCourys.
Alan Bartram was born in Huntington, West Virginia on April 19, 1977.
He discovered bluegrass music at 16 when his uncle took him to his first festival. He had already been playing guitar, and was completely enamored of the culture of "jamming with other pickers." [1] Upon graduation from college in 2003 he joined the Kenny and Amanda Smith Band appearing on their album Always Never Enough. In 2005 he joined the Del McCoury Band on bass. He also played briefly in an early version of the Infamous Stringdusters, appearing on the band's 2007 album, Fork in the Road. [2] He has been playing full-time with the Del McCoury Band since 2005, and The Travelin' McCourys since 2009.
He was named the International Bluegrass Music Association bass player of the year in 2017. [3]
Keller Williams is an American singer, songwriter and musician who combines elements of bluegrass, folk, alternative rock, reggae, electronica/dance, jazz, funk, along with other assorted genres. He is often described as a 'one-man jam-band' due to his frequent use of live phrase looping with multiple instruments. Keller Williams was born in Fredericksburg, Virginia on February 4, 1970 and began playing the guitar in his early teens. He later matriculated to Virginia Wesleyan College in Virginia Beach where he received his degree in theater. After college, he moved to Colorado to advance his music career and expand his repertoire.
Delano Floyd McCoury is an American bluegrass musician. As leader of the Del McCoury Band, he plays guitar and sings lead vocals along with his two sons, Ronnie McCoury and Rob McCoury, who play mandolin and banjo respectively. In June 2010, he received a National Heritage Fellowship lifetime achievement award from the National Endowment for the Arts and in 2011 he was elected into the International Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame.

The Infamous Stringdusters are a progressive acoustic/bluegrass band. The band first emerged in 2006 with the limited release of a five-song extended play CD The Infamous Stringdusters, followed in 2007 by their first album Fork in the Road. Both of these were on Sugar Hill Records. The band consists of Andy Hall (Dobro), Andy Falco (guitar), Chris Pandolfi (banjo), Jeremy Garrett (fiddle), and Travis Book. The band has become known for a complex, distinctive, and groove-friendly sound along with a bluegrass theme.
Old Salt Union (OSU) is a newgrass/americana string band from Belleville, Illinois. They have cited musical influences from jazz, classical, jam band and alternative. The band formed in 2012 and have since performed at many national festivals including LouFest, Stagecoach Festival, Bluegrass Underground, Winter Wondergrass, Freshgrass, featured on Music City Roots, Wakarusa, Yonder Mountain String Band's Harvest Festival, played the 2014 Daytona 500, FloydFest, Camp Euforia and the Walnut Valley Festival. The band was voted Best Bluegrass Band in St. Louis by The Riverfront Times in 2013 and Best Country Artist in 2014. Old Salt Union's line-up consists of Ryan Murphey (Banjo), Jesse Farrar, Justin Wallace (Mandolin) and John Brighton (Fiddle).
The Travelin' McCourys is a bluegrass band from Nashville, Tennessee, formed in 2009. The band is composed of brothers Ronnie McCoury, Rob McCoury, Alan Bartram, Jason Carter, and Cody Kilby, and was formed out of the Del McCoury Band, in which the McCourys, Bartam, and Carter still play.

Fork in the Road is the debut studio album by The Infamous Stringdusters released on Sugar Hill Records. The title track won Song of the Year at the 2007 International Bluegrass Music Awards. The album also won the Album of the Year at the 2007 International Bluegrass Music Awards.

WinterWonderGrass is a multi-day bluegrass and roots music festival that takes place at a variety of ski resorts in the towns of Steamboat Springs, Colorado; Olympic Valley, California; and Manchester, Vermont.
