The Union Européenne de Cyclisme is the European confederation of national cycling bodies; the national federations of the Union Cycliste Internationale form confederations by continent. It is headquartered in Lausanne.
The European Track Cycling Championships are a set of elite level competition events held annually for the various disciplines and distances in track cycling, exclusively for European cyclists, and regulated by the European Cycling Union (UEC). They were first held in their current format in 2010, when elite level cyclists competed for the first time following an overhaul of European track cycling.
Denis Sergeyevich Dmitriev is a Russian track cyclist. Specialising in the sprint events, Dmitriev's best result in international sports was winning a gold medal at the 2017 World Championships in Hong Kong. At the 2016 Summer Olympics he succeeded to the bronze medal race in sprint, winning the medal. Dmitriev is a four-time European Champion at senior level in the Sprint event for men, and the most successful sprint cyclist in the competitions's history.
The 2013 UEC European Track Championships was the fourth edition of the elite UEC European Track Championships in track cycling and took place at the Omnisport Arena in Apeldoorn, Netherlands, between 18 and 20 October. The Event was organised by the European Cycling Union.
The 2014 UEC European Track Championships was the fifth edition of the elite UEC European Track Championships in track cycling and took place at the Vélodrome Amédée Détraux in Baie-Mahault, Guadeloupe, France, between 16 and 19 October. The Event was organised by the European Cycling Union. All European champions are awarded the UEC European Champion jersey which may be worn by the champion throughout the year when competing in the same event at other competitions.
Tamara Dronova is a Russian track and road racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam Roland Cycling in road racing, and UCI Track Team Marathon-Tula in track cycling. After winning several medals as a junior and under-23 at the European Track Championships she won as an elite rider the bronze medal in the team pursuit at the 2014 UEC European Track Championships. Besides track cycling she also rides on the road and competed in 2013 at the Russian National Road Race Championships and Russian National Time Trial Championships.
Anastasia Sergeyevna Voynova is a Russian professional track cyclist. She won the bronze medal in the 500 m time trial event at the 2014 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. At the 2015 UCI Track Cycling World Championships, she won a silver medal in the team sprint and a gold in the 500 m time trial. At the 2015 UEC European Track Championships, Voinova broke the 500 m time trial world record in 32.794 seconds.
Gulnaz Eduardovna Khatuntseva is a Russian professional racing cyclist of Tatar descent, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Roland Cycling. She rode at the 2015 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.
Frederik Rodenberg Madsen is a Danish professional road and track cyclist, who currently rides for club team Team CO:PLAY–Giant Store. He rode in the men's team pursuit at the 2016 UCI Track Cycling World Championships winning a bronze medal.
Manon Lloyd is a Welsh presenter and former road and track cyclist. She rode professionally for UCI Women's Team Drops in 2018 and 2019. Representing Great Britain at international competitions, she won the bronze medal at the 2016 UEC European Track Championships in the team pursuit. She finished third in the individual competition at the 2017 Matrix Fitness Grand Prix.
Kirill Samusenko is a Russian male track cyclist, representing Russia at international competitions. He competed at the 2016 UEC European Track Championships in the team sprint event.
Alexey Vladimirovich Tkachev is a Russian male track cyclist, representing Russia at international competitions. He competed at the 2016 UEC European Track Championships in the team sprint event.
Harrie Lavreysen is a Dutch track cyclist who competes in sprint events. He is a five-time Olympic gold medalist, having won the sprint and team sprint event at the 2020 Summer Olympics, and adding the sprint, the team sprint and the keirin titles at the 2024 Summer Olympics. He has won 16 World Championship titles, including six titles in the team sprint, six consecutive titles in the individual sprint (2019–2024), three in the keirin (2020–2022), as well as one (2024) in the 1km time trial, making him the most successful track cyclist at World Championships of all time. His international debut was at the 2016 UEC European Track Championships in the team sprint event. He has since won 12 European Track Championship titles.
Yauheni Karaliok is a Belarusian road and track cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Minsk Cycling Club.
Alexander Dubchenko is a Russian male track cyclist, representing Russia at international competitions. He competed at the 2016 UEC European Track Championships in the 1 km time trial event.
Sandor Szalontay is a Hungarian male track cyclist, representing Hungary at international competitions. He competed at the 2015 UEC European Track Championships in the sprint event and at the 2016 UEC European Track Championships in the 1 km time trial event.

Kseniia Tsymbalyuk is a Russian female road and track cyclist, representing Russia at international competitions. She competed at the 2016 UEC European Track Championships in the team pursuit event. At the 2017 UCI Road World Championships she rode in the women's time trial event.
