Alexandra D. "Allie" Curtis (born December 19, 1991) is an American beauty pageant titleholder from Pensacola, Florida, who was crowned Miss Rhode Island 2015. She competed for the Miss America 2016 title in September 2015 and placed outside the Top 15. She currently serves as a Field Artillery Officer in the Rhode Island National Guard.
Curtis is a 2014 graduate of Syracuse University where she studied political science and public relations. While a Syracuse student, she joined the Kappa Kappa Gamma collegiate women's fraternity. [1] In 2016 she completed her MPA at Brown University [2] [3] and her M.S. in Administration of Justice and Homeland Security at Salve Regina University in 2018. She was awarded full tuition to Salve Regina University as part of her prize package for Miss Rhode Island. [4]
Alexandra first began competing in pageants in 2006 with National American Miss. She became National All-American Miss Teen 2010 and National American Miss Rhode Island 2012. In 2013 she began competing with the Miss America Organization where she won Miss Upstate New York 2013 while at Syracuse University. [5] [3] In 2014, she competed in Miss Rhode Island as Miss East Greenwich and placed first runner-up. She went on to compete in the National Sweetheart Pageant. She served as a Star Fellow for Running Start: Bringing Young Women to Politics during the fall of 2014.
In May 2015, she represented West Warwick and won the title of Miss Rhode Island 2015. [6] [7] Alexandra's platform is "Leading Ladies: Equipping Young Women With the Skills to Lead". [6] As Miss Rhode Island, her activities include public appearances across the state.
Curtis was Rhode Island's representative at the Miss America 2016 pageant in Atlantic City, New Jersey, in September 2015. [8] In the televised finale on September 13, 2015, she placed outside the Top 15 semi-finalists and was eliminated from competition. She was awarded a $3,000 scholarship prize as her state's representative. [9] [10]
Curtis has since competed for Miss Rhode Island USA 2017 where she placed Top 10. She was named fourth Runner up to Miss World America 2017. She competed for Miss Earth USA 2019 under the title of Miss Rhode Island and placed in the Top 12. In 2020 she competed in the virtual edition of Miss Earth USA 2020 as Miss Rhode Island Earth 2020. She Placed in the top 5 and was named Miss Earth USA Eco 2020.
The Miss Rhode Island Teen USA competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the state of Rhode Island in the Miss Teen USA pageant and the name of the title held by that winner.
Alexandra Leigh LaForce is an American journalist, model, and beauty pageant titleholder. She is a reporter for Turner Sports, covering the NBA on TNT. She was previously the lead reporter for SEC college football games, a courtside reporter for college basketball games, and the host of We Need to Talk on the CBS Sports Network. LaForce also worked as a broadcast sports anchor and reporter for the Cleveland, Ohio, FOX affiliate WJW. Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2018 was the 12th Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant held at the Linda Chapin Theatre in the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida on July 29, 2017, the same date as Miss Teen USA 2017. Nicole Jia of Oklahoma crowned her successor Jessica Baeder of Alabama at the end of the event. This was the first time that Miss Alabama's Outstanding Teen captured the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen.

Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2007 was the 2nd Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant held at the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida on August 19, 2006. At the conclusion of the event, Meghan Miller of Texas crowned her successor Maria DeSantis of New York. The pageant was hosted by Miss America 2006 Jennifer Berry and N'SYNC singer Joey Fatone.
Marisa Paige Butler is an American model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned both Miss World America 2018 and Miss Earth United States 2021. As a national titleholder, Butler represented the United States at Miss World 2018, placing in the top thirty, and then represented the United States at Miss Earth 2021. Previously, Butler had been crowned Miss Maine USA 2016 and represented Maine at Miss USA 2016, where she was unplaced.
Miss World America 2017, also referred to as America's Miss World 2017, was the 9th edition of the Miss World America pageant and it was held in the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida and was won by Clarissa Bowers of Florida. She was crowned by outgoing titleholder, Audra Mari of North Dakota. Bowers went on to represent the United States at the Miss World 2017 Pageant in Sanya, China later that year. She finished in the Top 40 at Miss World.
