Alfie Browne-Sykes (born 8 November 1994) is an English actor. He is best known for playing Jason Roscoe in the soap opera Hollyoaks from 2013 to 2016. [1]

Acting career

Sykes played guest roles in Doctors , The Bill and Waking the Dead . He also played Freddie in the 2013 movie Beat Girl . He joined British soap Hollyoaks on 23 May 2013, playing Jason Roscoe, one of the Roscoe twin-brothers, suffering from anxiety disorder, body dysmorphic disorder and anorexia nervosa. His last episode was 28 March 2016, leaving together with twin brother in the show Robbie Roscoe, played by Charlie Wernham. He also appeared as the school bully in the CBBC drama Runaway in 2009. Cindy Cunningham is a fictional character from the British soap opera Hollyoaks, played by Stephanie Waring. She made her first on-screen appearance on 13 November 1995, originally played by Laura Crossley, as the youngest daughter of Gordon and Angela Cunningham. A year after her first appearance, Crossley quit the serial later that year and the role was recast to Waring who appeared from November 1996 to November 2000. Waring reprised the role briefly in 2002 and 2004 before returning as a full-time character in June 2008, reintroduced by series producer Bryan Kirkwood. In 2010, the character was temporarily written out for Waring's maternity leave. She returned to filming in January 2011 and returned to screens on 9 March 2011. Robbie Roscoe is a fictional character from the British Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks, played by Charlie Wernham. He made his first screen appearance on 2 April 2013. Robbie is part of the Roscoe family and the first member to be introduced. On 19 March 2013, a Channel 4 press release revealed that Robbie "leads the way for a family of boys to descend on Hollyoaks, headed by Gillian Taylforth as mother, Sandy." Wernham's casting was confirmed on 27 March 2013. Wernham auditioned for the show the previous year, attending his second audition on 24 October 2012. Daniel Kilkelly from Digital Spy later revealed Robbie is a "troublesome new student" and he would befriend established character Callum Kane. The writer added that Robbie's headteacher Patrick Blake thinks he can control his behaviour. But Robbie soon begins to cause trouble.

Ben Bradley (<i>Hollyoaks</i>) Fictional character from Hollyoaks

Ben Bradley is a fictional character from the British soap opera Hollyoaks, portrayed by Ben Richards. The character and casting were announced in April 2015 and Richards made his first appearance as Ben on 26 May 2015. Richards and his family moved to a cottage in Liverpool close to the Hollyoaks set after he was cast. Ben was introduced as a police sergeant and a mentor for Jason Roscoe, and Ben was given links to long-running characters Darren Osborne and Jack Osborne. Ben was also introduced as a love interest for Sienna Blake. Richards explained that Ben has a hero complex and sees Sienna as a project that he can fix. It was also teased by Richards and the media that Ben would have a big secret which would have big effects.
