Aliki Theofilopoulos Kiriakou (born June 14, 1972) is an American animator, producer, director and writer. She is well known for her work on television series Phineas and Ferb and Descendants: Wicked World . She began her career on Disney films such as Hercules , Mulan , Fantasia 2000 and many more.

Biography

Theofilopoulos was born in La Jolla, California and raised in San Diego. She attended the University of Southern California and shortly after graduation, moved to Los Angeles. [1]

<i>Phineas and Ferb</i> American animated television series

Phineas and Ferb is an American animated musical-comedy television series created by Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh for Disney Channel and Disney XD. The series originally aired on the networks for four seasons between 2007 and 2015 and is scheduled to return for two additional seasons beginning in 2025. The series follows stepbrothers Phineas Flynn and Ferb Fletcher during summer vacation. Every day, the boys construct a grand project or embark on a spectacular adventure to make the most of their time on vacation. This annoys their controlling older sister, Candace, who frequently tries to expose their schemes to her and Phineas's mother. The series follows a standard plot system; running gags occur every episode.

Daniel Kingsley Povenmire is an American animator, voice actor, writer, director, and producer. With Jeff "Swampy" Marsh, Povenmire co-created the Disney Channel animated series Phineas and Ferb and Milo Murphy's Law, in both of which he voiced the character Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz. In October 2020, Povenmire announced a new series for Disney Channel titled Hamster & Gretel, which premiered in 2022.

Marsh was born in Santa Monica, California, where he grew up with a heavily blended family dynamic. Marsh is known for his contributions to the television animation industry, working for over six seasons on the animated television series The Simpsons. Marsh continued to work on other animated television series, including King of the Hill and Rocko's Modern Life, before moving to England in 1996.

<i>Descendants: Wicked World</i> 2015 multi-national TV series or program

Descendants: Wicked World is an animated short-form series based on the Disney Channel Original Movie Descendants. It premiered on September 18, 2015 on Disney Channel, taking place in-between the events of the first film and Descendants 2. The series is the first Disney Channel Original Series based on a Disney Channel Original Movie. It picks up after the first film and introduces new characters from the Isle of the Lost and Auradon. Descendants: Wicked World ended on March 3, 2017. It received generally positive reviews from critics.
