Alina Luz Akselrad is an Argentine beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe Argentina 2020 and represented her country at Miss Universe 2020. She will represent her country at Miss Charm 2024.

Pageantry

Akselrad attended her first local pageant when she was 16 years old. Her first win was as regional queen of the Milk Glass Civil Association, which works to eradicate malnutrition in children. Then other pageants came such as the National Fruit and Vegetable Queen activities at Colonia Caroya in 2016, Miss Sudamérica 2017 and finally Miss Tourism World in 2018. [1]

Miss Universe Argentina 2019 and 2020

In 2019, she was chosen as one of the contestants to compete for the title of Miss Universe Argentina 2019, the competition that year changed franchises and was bought by Osmel Sousa. That year she was a top seven finalist.

In 2020, she was officially crowned Miss Universe Argentina and represented the country at Miss Universe 2020. [2]

She represented Argentina and entered the top 21 finalists. [3]

Miss Grand Argentina 2021

In 2021, after participating in Miss Universe 2020 held in Florida, a few months later she was appointed Miss Grand Argentina, a few weeks later she gave up the title due to pageant management issues. [4]

Akselrad created "Grab Your Strength", a project that promotes actions related to personality development, understanding of current issues, building social commitment from time to time. childhood and awarded to those who, faced with adversity in life, learned how to overcome and overcome difficulties.
