Alisha Palmowski (born 21 September 2006) is a British racing driver and the runner-up of the 2024 GB4 Championship. [1] [2] [3]
Palmowski attended St Philip Howard Catholic Voluntary Academy in Glossop, Derbyshire. [4]
Making her competitive karting debut in the 2018 BirelART UK Series – Junior category, she moved to the Daniel Ricciardo Series – DRS100 for the rest of her career, finshing in 9th in 2019, and runner-up to the title in 2020 and 2021. [5] [6] [7]
Alisha Palmowski won the 2022 Ginetta Junior Scholarship, joining Jamie Chadwick as the only women to earn the honor. [8] She finished the Winter Championship in 2nd place. Palmowski finished the 2022 Ginetta Junior Championship in 13th, with six top-10 finishes.
She continued in the series for 2023, getting her first podium and best result with a third place at Oulton Park. At the next race she bested this result with two second places at Silverstone Circuit. She continued this momentum throughout the series, getting three out of three podiums at Brands Hatch, and her first pole position at the second race of the final round at Donington Park, which she converted to a second place finish.
Palmowski finished 5th in the championship with 10 podiums, one pole position and 498 points. [9]
Palmowski continued her relationship with Elite Motorsport in the 2024 GB4 Championship, making her single-seater debut. [10]
She had an impressive debut race, winning the first race of the season by margin of 3.6 seconds. [11] She ended her campaign as the runner-up to the title, with 422 points, 3 wins, 2 pole positions and 11 podiums. [12]
Palmowski took part in the 2024 Formula E women's test, where she drove for Envision Racing. [13]
Palmowski joined the 2024 F1 Academy season as the wildcard entry for the round in Qatar. [14]

Brendon Morris Hartley is a New Zealand racing driver, who competes in the FIA World Endurance Championship for Toyota. Hartley competed in Formula One from 2017 to 2018. Sarah Claire Moore is a British racing driver. She won the Ginetta Junior Championship in 2009 and competed in the InterSteps Championship in 2011. She was awarded the Rising Star status by the British Racing Drivers' Club in 2009. Moore was the first female racing driver to win a TOCA-sanctioned race, and the first to win a junior mixed-gender, national-level series in the UK. Louis Foster is a British racing driver. He is set to compete in the NTT IndyCar Series driving for Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing. He is the 2024 Indy NXT champion and also won the 2022 Indy Pro 2000 championship. Foster previously competed in the 2021 Euroformula Open Championship with CryptoTower Racing and the 2020 BRDC British Formula 3 Championship with Double R Racing where he finished third.
Maya Martine Els Weug is a Dutch-Belgian-Spanish racing driver, who currently competes in F1 Academy for Prema Racing, having previously raced in the Formula Regional European Championship for KIC Motorsport.
