Alix Page is an American Singer-songwriter in the genre indie rock from the suburbs of Orange County, California. Page began songwriting in high school and has since released 2 EPs and was support for multiple tours, including Gracie Abrams and The Milk Carton Kids

Early life

While attending The Orange County School of the Arts in Santa Ana, Alix Page began making music, where she met her bandmates Caleb and Andrew. The two originally were a part of Page's previous band, and they continued to assist Page when she opted to pursue a solo career. [1] [2]

Growing up, Alix Page's grandma performed in pageants as a classical voice singer. [3]

Page attended USC Thornton School of Music [4] and is currently represented by Wasserman (company). [5]

Career

Alix Page wrote her first song, "Here Now", in high school during sophomore year followed by the song "Daisy". Both songs tied back to what was happening in Alix's personal and educational life at the time. [3]

In 2020, she released her first single "Stripes" followed by her second single "Frank" as independent releases. [6]

Her 2021 single "Radiohead" was written about a dream Page had about moving into an apartment with an ex and was recorded in one take. [7]

In 2022, Page collaborated with the Irish Singer-Songwriter and Actor, Mark McKenna, for the song "Pulling Teeth" inspired by an ex of Page. It's accompanying video was shot in Long Beach, California. [8] At age 19, Page released her debut EP in 2022 titled Old News. [9] [10] [11] [12] [13]

"Goose", Page's 2023 EP, was written in inspiration of her friends and was produced with the help of Brett Kramer, her music program Director's husband. [3] It was released by AWAL / Better Days. [14] [15]

In July 2024, Page released "Girlfriend" which was co-written by Alix Page, Andy Seltzer, and Lucy Healey about "meeting someone new, trying to play it cool, and sucking at it". [16] Her upcoming EP was recorded at Jazzcats Studio. [17]

In 2022, Page opened for Gracie Abrams along with Ella Jane on the North American and European legs of her winter 2022 This Is What It Feels Like tour. [4]

In 2024, Page opened for The Milk Carton Kids on their winter tour [17] as well as opening for Sarah Kinsley on her fall tour. [17]

Abrams co-wrote all the tracks, and as a producer on "Feels Like", which served as the lead single for the project. The production was mainly handled by Abrams, Aaron Dessner, Joel Little, and Blake Slatkin.

Tucker Harrington Pillsbury, known professionally as ROLE MODEL, is an American singer-songwriter and former rapper. After self-releasing his debut extended play Arizona in the Summer in 2017, he earned a following online and was signed to Interscope Records in 2018. He later released two EPs–oh, how perfect (2019) and our little angel (2020)–through Interscope and Polydor Records. His debut studio album, Rx, was released in 2022. His sophomore album, Kansas Anymore, was released in 2024.

Best Ex is the stage moniker of American songwriter Mariel Loveland. Loveland previously fronted the pop punk band Candy Hearts before launching her solo project in 2017. Best Ex was named one of NJ.com's 32 artists to watch in 2022. The following year, she released her debut studio album, With A Smile.

Good Riddance is the debut studio album by the American singer-songwriter Gracie Abrams. It was released on February 24, 2023, through Interscope Records. After the release of two successful EPs, Abrams began recording Good Riddance at Aaron Dessner's Long Pond Studio in Hudson Valley, New York. The album was written by Abrams, with Dessner also having writing and producing credits on all songs. The producer Matias Tellez provided additional production on the tracks "I Know It Won't Work" and "Where Do We Go Now?" and the musician Brian Eno co-wrote and co-produced the closing track "Right Now". A deluxe edition of the album with four bonus tracks was released on June 16, 2023.
