Joseph Allen Ricardo is a Filipino coach specializing in skills training who is currently serves as the head coach of Letran Knights.
Ricardo started as a volunteer assistant coach for Letran Knights under Louie Alas in 2008, and served until 2010. His time as Letran assistant coach started his skills coaching, and in his first year, he gave by the management allowances including free meals. [1]
Ricardo also worked for La Salle Green Hills' high school basketball team and won a juniors' championship. Later on, he also hired as an assistant coach to Ariel Vanguardia's Phoenix Fuel Masters, Bulacan Kuyas in the MPBL and for UST Growling Tigers. He served for UST before pandemic. [2]
He also worked in the United States. [2]
In 2022, he was hired as Letran Squires head coach, and led the high school into back-to-back championships in 2022–23 and 2023–24. [1] [2]
After weak performance by the senior team, Ricardo was hired to be its head coach. [1] [2] The Letran Knights improved from from 2 wins in 2023 to an 8–10 record in 2024, gave Benilde its first loss in the season, and won against San Beda for the first time in two years, but still missed the playoffs. [3]

The Letran Knights and Lady Knights are the collegiate varsity teams representing Colegio de San Juan de Letran in the National Collegiate Athletic Association. The high school varsity teams are called the Squires.
Francisco Luis "Louie" Evora Alas is a Filipino basketball coach. He is the head coach of the Zamboanga Family's Brand Sardines of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) since 2023 and the deputy assistant coach of the Ateneo Blue Eagles basketball team of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) since 2024. Alas was the former head coach of the Letran Knights in the National Collegiate Athletic Association, and Philippine Patriots in the ASEAN Basketball League. He was also a former coach of Mobiline from 2000 to 2001 in the Philippine Basketball Association.
Willie V. Miller Jr. is a Filipino professional basketball coach and former player. He is an assistant coach for the Converge FiberXers of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). He last played for the Pilipinas MX3 Kings of the ASEAN Basketball League. He has started at the point guard position mostly but could also play the shooting guard spot. Miller has won four PBA championships and two PBA Most Valuable Player Awards.

The NCAA Season 100 basketball tournaments are the basketball tournaments of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (Philippines) for its 2024–25 season. The tournament is being hosted by Lyceum of the Philippines University. Opening day of the men's tournament was held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on September 7, 2024, while the rest of the elimination round games was held at the Filoil EcoOil Centre, then the final elimination gameday and semifinals held at the Cuneta Astrodome, then the finals at the Araneta Coliseum.
