Allude Entertainment is a Vancouver-based film production company. It was founded by Diana Donaldson, Marshall Axani and Naim Sutherland in 2012.

About

Allude is a film collective, a core group of creatives that collaborates closely with members of the Canadian film industry to produce narrative-driven films. Producer Diana Donaldson [1] and Writer/Director Marshall Axani [2] [3] are both graduates from Capilano University's School Of Motion Picture Arts, with Donaldson also completing Vancouver Film School's writing program. Director of Photography Naim Sutherland is a VFS graduate and current professor.

Their independent projects have earned them various awards, including a record 13 Leo Awards for Anxious Oswald Greene in 2013. In 2015, the team received the Telefilm Microbudget Grant [4] to produce their first feature film, currently titled The Hanging Tree (New Title TBD), [5] [6] slated to shoot in early 2016.

Forsaken is a 2015 Canadian revisionist western film directed by Jon Cassar, from a screenplay by Brad Mirman. The film stars Kiefer Sutherland, Donald Sutherland, Brian Cox, Michael Wincott, Aaron Poole and Demi Moore. The film had its world premiere at the 2015 Toronto International Film Festival on September 16, 2015. The film was released on February 19, 2016. One of the executive producers on the film was Doug Falconer.

<i>Le Dep</i> 2015 Canadian film

Le Dep is a 2015 Canadian psychological drama film directed by Sonia Boileau. The film tells the story of a young Innu woman who is held at gunpoint one night while working at a convenience store in a small First Nations community in rural Quebec. Set in a fictional Innu community, the film's dialogue is mostly in French, with some Innu-aimun. Le Dep is the first First Nations production of Telefilm Canada's Micro-Budget program. The film's world premiere was at the 2015 Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, following which the film played various festivals in Canada, the United States, and United Kingdom and had a theatrical run in Montreal.

Mean Dreams is a 2016 Canadian coming-of-age thriller film directed by Nathan Morlando and written by Kevin Coughlin and Ryan Grassby. The film stars Sophie Nélisse, Josh Wiggins, and Bill Paxton.
