The 2004 CFL season is considered to be the 51st season in modern-day Canadian football, although it is officially the 47th Canadian Football League season.

He worked extensively in the Canadian Football League, and was most recently the general manager of the Toronto Argonauts. Popp spent over two decades as General Manager of the Montreal Alouettes including several stints as Head Coach. Popp served as General Manager for two years for Baltimore Stallions, and the Director of Player Personnel for the Saskatchewan Roughriders. As a CFL general manager, three separate franchises under Popp have won five Grey Cup championship wins out of 11 appearances.
Mark Keller Dixon is a former American college and professional football player who was an offensive guard in the National Football League (NFL) for five seasons during the late 1990s and early 2000s. He played college football for the University of Virginia, and received All-American honors. He began his professional career playing in NFL Europe, then earned starting positions with the Baltimore Stallions and Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League (CFL), and the Miami Dolphins of the NFL.
Tyron Lyle Brackenridge is a former Canadian football defensive backs coach for the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League. He is a former gridiron football cornerback who played the majority of his career with the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League, where he won a Grey Cup championship in 2013. He was signed by the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted free agent in 2007. He played college football at Washington State.
Barron Miles is a former professional Canadian football player who played for 12 years in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He is the defensive coordinator for the Ottawa Redblacks of the CFL. Miles finished his career tied for second all-time in career interceptions with 66 and as the all-time leader in blocked kicks with 13. He was inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 2018.
Bob Price is a former tight end coach and recruiting coordinator for the Virginia Cavaliers. He also was head coach of the Montreal Alouettes during the team's first season in 1996. He is the brother of Jim Price a tight end for the St. Louis Rams and the Dallas Cowboys.
Chris Ellis is an American college football coach and former defensive lineman. He is the defensive ends coach for the University of Richmond, a position he has held since 2022. He was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the third round of the 2008 NFL draft. He played college football for the Virginia Tech Hokies, where he was a First-team All-ACC selection. He was also a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Saskatchewan Roughriders.
Joshua Paul Bell is an American professional football defensive backs coach and pass game coordinator for the Saskatchewan Roughriders in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played defensive back for nine years in the National Football League (NFL) and the CFL. He was originally signed by the San Diego Chargers as an undrafted free agent in 2008. He played college football at Baylor.
Stanford Samuels Jr is a former professional Canadian football cornerback and current recruiting coordinator for Louisville Cardinals football. He was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Indianapolis Colts in 2004. He played college football for Florida State.
Kitwana Shaloyd Jones is a former Canadian football defensive end. He was signed by the Saskatchewan Roughriders as an undrafted free agent in 2005. The 2004 Montreal Alouettes finished in first place in the East Division with a franchise record 14–4 record. The Alouettes appeared in the East Division final, but lost quarterback Anthony Calvillo to injury during the game, and with backup quarterback Ted White filling in for Calvillo for the remainder of the game, the Alouettes lost to the Toronto Argonauts.

He was previously the defensive backs coach for the San Antonio Brahmas. He is a former professional gridiron football defensive back and was signed by the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League (NFL) as an undrafted free agent in 1999. He played college football at Tennessee Tech. As a player, Chamblin has also been a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars, Green Bay Packers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Denver Broncos, Rhein Fire, and Indianapolis Colts.
Samuel Ojuri is an American college football coach and former running back. He is the running backs coach for Illinois State University, a position he has held since 2021. He played college football for North Dakota State and professionally for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, Saskatchewan Roughriders, and the BC Lions of the Canadian Football League (CFL).
Bryan Shepherd is an American college football coach and former cornerback. He is the cornerbacks coach for Montana State University, a position he has held since 2022. He played college football at North Dakota State University. Originally, he collegiately played for the University of Nebraska Omaha before transferring. The Washington Redskins signed him in 2014 after going unselected in the 2014 NFL Draft.
Andrew Lue is a retired Canadian football defensive back. In the CFL's Amateur Scouting Bureau final rankings, he was ranked tenth best of the players eligible in the 2014 CFL Draft. He was then drafted tenth overall by the Montreal Alouettes and signed with the team in May 2014. He was then traded to the Saskatchewan Roughriders on October 12, 2016. On February 14, 2017 hew signed a contract with the Edmonton Eskimos. He then signed a contract with the Ottawa Redblacks on February 15, 2018.
Maurice Fleming is an American college football and former cornerback. He is the defensive pass game coordinator and cornerbacks coach for Eastern Illinois University, a position he has held since 2024. He played college football at West Virginia, and was signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League (NFL) as an undrafted free agent in 2017.
Ryan Carter is an American football coach and former cornerback, who is currently a defensive graduate assistant on the Oklahoma Sooners coaching staff. He played college football at Clemson, including as a starting cornerback on the Tigers’ 2016 national championship team. In 2018, he signed with the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League as an undrafted free agent out of college. From 2019–2021, he played cornerback for the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League (CFL). In 2022, he joined his former Clemson defensive coordinator and current Oklahoma head football coach Brent Venables' inaugural Sooners coaching staff as a defensive graduate assistant.
