Alpnachstad PB railway station (German : Bahnhof Alpnachstad PB) is a railway station in the municipality of Alpnach, in the Swiss canton of Obwalden. It is the base station of the Pilatus Railway rack railway that ascends near the summit of Pilatus. The station is located across the street from the Alpnachstad station of Zentralbahn on the Brünig line.

The Pilatus Railway is a mountain railway in Switzerland and the steepest rack railway in the world, with a maximum gradient of 48% and an average gradient of 35%. The line runs from Alpnachstad, on Lake Alpnach, to a terminus near the Esel summit of Pilatus at an elevation of 2,073 m (6,801 ft), which makes it the highest railway in the canton of Obwalden and the second highest in Central Switzerland after the Furka line. At Alpnachstad, the Pilatus Railway connects with steamers on Lake Lucerne and with trains on the Brünigbahn line of Zentralbahn.

The Lopper I Rail Tunnel is a railway tunnel in central Switzerland. The tunnel connects Hergiswil in the canton of Nidwalden with Alpnach in the canton of Obwalden. It forms part of the Zentralbahn Brünig line, which links Lucerne with Interlaken and the Bernese Oberland, between Hergiswil station and Alpnachstad station. It is 1,186 metres (3,891 ft) in length, and carries metre gauge track electrified at 11 kV AC 16 2/3 Hz using overhead catenary. The tunnel runs under the Lopper, a shoulder of Mount Pilatus which extends into Lake Lucerne.

Luzern Bahnhofquai is a quay and shipping terminal in the city of Lucerne, in Switzerland. It is located at the northwest corner of Lake Lucerne, where the river Reuss leaves the lake and flows north toward the Aare. It is served by the Lake Lucerne Navigation Company. The terminal is located across the Bahnhofplatz from Lucerne's primary railway station.
